Indoor Rowing Classes   
Group Indoor Rowing Classes designed to teach you how to row and get fit using the Concept2 rowing machine. A low impact class that will get the heart rate up while you learn correct rowing technique.

Outdoor Rowing Classes
A 6 week on-water rowing program designed to teach you the fundamental skills of river rowing. Held at the Essendon Rowing Club, you will enjoy rowing on the Maribrynong River. A very popular program that fills fast so don't delay. Book Now: 9370 3313

Course fees: $210.00 for 6 lessons.
(Includes additional Indoor Rowing session at the ERGfit Studio)
