Indoor Rowing Classes   
Group Indoor Rowing Classes designed to teach you how to row and get fit using the Concept2 rowing machine. A low impact class that will get the heart rate up while you learn correct rowing technique.

Outdoor Learn to Row Program
A 6 week on-water rowing program designed to teach you the fundamental skills of river rowing. Held at the Essendon Rowing Club, you will enjoy rowing on the Maribrynong River. A very popular program that fills fast so don't delay. 

First lesson is an indoor session held at the ERGfit Studio. We recommend you do this prior to the start date. Includes your rowing handbook and t-shirt.

Next Beginner Course Commences; Saturday 16th June   
Next Advanced Course: Saturday 16th June
Times: 8:30 - 9:45am, 9:45 - 11:00am
Duration: 6 x 75 minute sessions
