Scott Riddell (Rowing, GYMstick, Circuit, Swissball, P/T, On Water) - Scott has been rowing at State and National level for the past 20 years and continues to do so at the Essendon Rowing Club. Scott's coaching record includes crews winning medals at the 2004 Australian Championships with the junior female squad at Essendon and HOSG gold medal in Open Single Scull. Scott has coached the Victorian Mens Master Quad Scull far the past 3 years in which the crew has won 3 gold medals in consecutive years at the Australian Masters Rowing Championships. 2010 saw Scott win 5 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze medal as a rower at the same National regatta in Perth. His passion for rowing and fitness in life has been the backbone and foundation to developing ERGfitTM.
Tamara McPherson (Rowing, GYMstick, Circuit, Swissball, P/T, On Water) - Tamara, too, has been a member of Essendon Rowing Club for the past 18 years and continues to row at State and National level. Her rowing efforts in 2010 produced 6 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 bronze at the National Masters titles. 2009 saw Tamara appointed coach for the Victorian U18 Female Quad scull which raced in New Zealand. She has also spent time rowing surfboats and coaching nippers. Having rowed as a lightweight, Tamara has knowledge and experience with weight management and improved eating strategies.
Tanya Cates (Pilates) - Tanya has vast experience in the fitness industry from a variety of fields that stretch over a 15 year period. These include lecturing, instructing group exercise along with over 4 years of teaching Pilates. Tanya's passion and love for good health is evident in her bubbly and energetic approach to life. Tanya is also completing her PHD in childhood physical activity and interests include dance, music and surfing.
Michelle Augustynek (Circuit, Rowing, PT) - Michelle has been competing in a variety of sports since the age of 9 including judo, netball, swimming, running and dancing. Michelle has been competing in triathlons at National level for the past 5 years and is now focusing on athletics as her main discipline while studying exercise science at Vic Uni.
Demi Konstantilakis (Reception) - Demi has completed year 12 and is now studying her Diploma of fitness. Her interests are in physical activity and the fitness industry where she would like to pursue a career. Demi is also coaching Rowing and Basketball at Lowther Hall A.G.S along with playing hockey and snow sports.
In Demi's final year at Lowther Hall, not only was she the overall sports captain, she was awarded sports women of the year for 2010.
